The Bohlender b.safe Waste Cap GL45 with Funnel is designed for secure and efficient waste disposal in laboratory settings. It features a freely movable PTFE insert to ensure leak-proof and flexible connections. The cap includes one UNF1/4" fitting suitable for capillaries with outer diameters of 1.6, 2.2, and 3.2 mm, one GL14 thread compatible with b.safe exhaust air filters (filter not included), and one NPT1/8" hose olive fitting for tubing with inner diameters of 5.5 to 8 mm. The filling funnel, made of polypropylene (PP), is equipped with an integrated automatic stopcock with grip control: the stopcock opens by pushing the grip and closes automatically when the grip is released. The grip position clearly indicates whether the stopcock is open or closed, ensuring safe and controlled fluid transfer. Constructed from durable PPS, the waste cap guarantees chemical resistance and longevity.
